परिपक्व एवं चमकीले,
सूक्ष्मतम एवं शोभामय,
परिपूर्ण मेधा से...
क्यों ना जीएँ हम संग उनके,,,,

हुये थे तुम व्यथित
मान कर
अवमानना
हुई स्वयं की
कहा था जब मैं ने
आना बाकी है
ज्वार का अभी भी
यद्यपि हो तुम सवार
निश्चित ही इस पल
उन्मत लहरों पर
और
फेंका भी है दूर
तुम को
इन्ही लहरों ने ...

आँखों में लिए अश्रु
लेटे हुए थे तुम
उदास
नितांत अकेले
दरिया किनारे
जब आया था मैं पास तुम्हारे
और
पोंछ कर आंसू तुम्हारे
बोला था
मंद सुकोमल स्वर में
तुम्हारे कानों में
'चरैवेति ..चरैवेति ..!

हुई थी
अनुभूति तुम को
घोर पीड़ा की,
जैसे नहीं थामा था
मैं ने तुम्हारा हाथ
चलने को संग और
होने को अग्रसर,
और छोड़ दिया था
तुम को एकाकी
लड़ने के लिए दुनिया से,
यद्यपि मैं था सदैव
तब और वहाँ
अभी और यहाँ,,,,,,

क्या समझ पाए हो तुम
मेरे सरोकार को कि
तुम करके आत्मसात अपने सारतत्व को
करके क्षमा खुद को,
पाकर विजय
स्वयं के विरुद्ध स्वयं के युद्ध में ,
कर पाओगे हस्ताक्षर
दुनिया के साथ समर-संधि पर ,
जानते हुए अर्थ
विद्रोह,
क्रांति,
अनुशासन ,
स्वतंत्रता ,
उत्तरदायित्व ,
अस्मिता,
प्रेमपात्रता
और
जीवन योग्यता के,,,,,
